Beavogui is a former interim Prime Minister and Head of Government in the Republic of Guinea. He is an international development expert on development finance, partnership building, and resource mobilization. He worked as Senior Project Management Officer at United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), served as Regional Director for West and Central Africa for the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), as well as Director of Partnership and Resource Mobilization and Senior Advisor to the President of IFAD, and Director-General of the African Risk Capacity (ARC), where he implemented projects across Africa.
