Le lancement du Acad\u00e9mie Ubora<\/a> at the 33rd Annual Meeting of the ACBF Board of Governors (BoG) marks a transformative step in addressing Africa\u2019s critical governance and development challenges. Despite the continent\u2019s immense growth potential, leadership and governance capacity gaps hinder effective policy implementation and sustainable progress. The Ubora Academy seeks to close these gaps by equipping leaders with advanced skills to strengthen institutions, enhance public service delivery, and drive economic development. Inaugurated by Ivory Coast\u2019s Minister of Finance and Budget, Mr Adama Coulibaly, the academy is poised to tackle pressing issues such as climate resilience, sustainability, and crisis management. It aligns with ACBF\u2019s 2023 – 2027 strategic plan and broader African frameworks, including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the African Union\u2019s Agenda 2063. <\/p>\n<\/div>

ACBF Executive Secretary, Mr. Mamadou Biteye, highlighted the Academy\u2019s flagship Leadership Excellence in Africa\u2019s Public Sector (LEAPS) program, which aims to develop a cadre of leaders capable of implementing bold reforms and transforming governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
