His tenure as Executive Secretary was instrumental in strengthening ACBF\u2019s strategic role as the continent\u2019s leading institution for capacity building, institutional development, and good governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under his leadership, the Foundation steadfastly pursued its mission to equip African countries with the human, institutional, and policy capacities necessary to effectively implement their development agendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Sako will be remembered as a man of integrity, dedication, and unwavering commitment to Africa\u2019s self-reliant development.
