Consultancy Services for Strategic Technical Support Services for the Integrated Design, Strategic Foresight and Enterprise Acceleration of the Pan-African Sanitation Industrialization Platform (PA-SIP)

ACBF has allocated funds for Consultancy Services for Strategic Technical Support Services for the Integrated Design, Strategic Foresight and Enterprise Acceleration of the Pan-African Sanitation Industrialization Platform (PA-SIP) and hereby invite all potential consultancy firms to submit proposals as per the requirements of the request for proposal document Ref: ACBF/RFP/011/2026/PASA.

More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 5) in the attached RFP document.

A firm will be selected under Quality Cost Based Selection Method procedures and in a Full Technical Proposal (FTP) format as described in this RFP, in accordance with the policies of the detailed in the Consultants’ Guidelines.

Consultancy firms are being requested to submit their proposal with the subject clearly marked, RFP Process No.: ACBF/RFP/011/2026/PASA Consultancy Services,” to email address:  submission@theacbf.org on or before 17.00 hours (local Harare time), on 14^th July 2026,  17:00 hours (Harare Time).
