LEAPS cohort 2 graduates share how they are transforming workplace practices
Public sector leaders from Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal and Zimbabwe are applying lessons from the Leadership Excellence in Africa’s Public Sector (LEAPS) program to change how they lead teams, communicate with colleagues and contribute to their institutions.
Their experiences across different countries and public institutions show how greater self-awareness can strengthen team leadership, collaboration and the ability to influence institutional change.
Designed by the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) and delivered through its Ubora Academy, LEAPS equips current and emerging public sector leaders with practical leadership capabilities that complement their technical expertise.
Participants develop their skills through structured learning, executive coaching, technical seminars, peer exchange and workplace application.
